| A lease deal for over 11,000 sqm of warehouse space has been concluded
in the Moscow Region with support from Colliers International. M.Video
has signed a long-term lease agreement for 11,300 sqm in the Belaya
Dacha Logopark Class A warehouse facility. The agreement has been signed for six years. M.Video is going to use the leased premises for accommodation of its unit responsible for home appliances delivery from all Russia’s regions, as well as for their storage and repair. Belaya Dacha Logopark is located on a 30 ha land plot in the city of Kotelniki. The total warehouse space is 147,000 sqm. This is a joint project of Hines and the Belaya Dacha Group of Companies. Hines also provides property management services for the logistics facility.
