| IVG has purchased Norway House office building in Warsaw from one of the funds managed by Pramerica. "Norway House is an exceptional investment combining a central location close to the metro, elegant architecture and high-class, well-lighted office space. We hope that the purchase of Norway House will not be the last of our investment activity on the commercial market in Warsaw this year,” said Maciej Zajdel, Managing Director of IVG in Poland. Norway House is a modern, 9-storey office building, located in the city centre. The property is 100 percent leased and has around 5,400 sqm of modern Class A office space. The main tenant of the Norway House is Clifford Chance, occupying more than half the space offered.
