On the 30th of August 2012, The Upper Silesian Industrial Park in
Katowice (GPP) opened Poland’s first energy-efficient building with the
tri-generation system. The state-of-the-art building was named
"Goeppert-Mayer” in memory of Maria Goeppert-Mayer, a Nobel laureate in
physics born in Katowice.

Yareal
Polska, the developer of Oxygen Park, a class-A office building, has
secured finance for the project. Oxygen Park, with a total lettable area
of approx. 18,300 m² is located on Jerozolimskie Avenue in Warsaw. The
development will hold the BREEAM ecological certificate.

development of Logopark Sever warehouse complex (110,000 m²) has
started in Solnechnogorskiy district of Moscow region. This project will
