Skanska
invests €32 million (approx. SEK 280 million), in the first phase of
the Kapelanka 42 office project located in Cracow, southern Poland. The
construction contract is worth €26 million, which is included in order
bookings for the third quarter 2012.
This
is the first project carried out by Skanska Property Poland in the
Cracow region. The office scheme will consist of two class-A buildings.
