Skanska Property Poland is starting work on another office project in Wroclaw located right next to Dominikański Square.

Skanska S.A., which cooperates closely with the Medusa Group architectural studio, is responsible for the overall design. Previously Medusa worked with the developer on the Łódź Green Horizon project. It is estimated that the design stage will take about 12 months.

Russian cinema chain Kinomax has become an anchor tenant with its eight-hall multiplex in the largest shopping and entertainment center in Tyumen at the intersection of Shirotnaya and Melnikaite streets.

This will be the first multiplex by Kinomax in Tyumen.

Russian cinema chain Kinomax was established in 1996 and has 27 cinemas in 19 cities across Russia.
