    German funds find value in Polish real estate

    Ben Habib, the chief executive of First Property, a group of property investment funds, believes in the Polish real estate market.

    In the past year, he has bought a €20m supermarket in the central city of Lodz and a €11m shopping centre in the eastern town of Krasnystaw.

    Consortium of investors led by IVG acquires landmark Silver Tower building in Frankfurt
    At the end of last week, a consortium of investors led by IVG concluded a purchase agreement to acquire the Silver Tower property in Frankfurt am Main from Commerzbank AG.

    The property involved in the transaction comprises the building complex of Jürgen-Ponto-Platz 1 (Silver Tower) and the building immediately adjacent, Gallusanlage 8. A confidentiality agreement has been signed between both parties regarding details of the purchase agreement.

    HB Reavis sells its 50% stake in Aupark shopping center in Bratislava to Unibail-Rodamco

    Goodman to build 45,000-m² facility for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles in Hanover
    Goodman Group (Goodman) has signed a major pre-committed development in Germany with Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles on a new built-to-suit production facility in Hanover.

    The external supply center has an area of approximately 45,000 m² and will incorporate just-in-time supply for the production of the Amarok, one of Volkswagen’s commercial vehicles.

    ICSC: Baltic States reports GDP and consumer confidence growth

    Growing Interest in Warehouses in Poland
