| The building of the multipurpose
industrial park "Kotovo” will begin on Monday in Moscow Region within
the limits of the program on creation of industrial districts in region,
"RIA Novosti” reported. According to the message, the uniqueness
of the represented project is in territory development (506,5 ha) and
creation of several tens of industrial organizations, a logistic zone
and a housing estate, united own engineering, commercial and social
infrastructure in the industrial park "Kotovo”.
According to the statement of the government of Moscow Region, today the creation of multifunctional industrial parks is one of the main tools of investment attraction to the region's economy. "Kotovo” is created within the limits of realization of "Program of Moscow Region Government for creation of industrial districts in the region for the period till 2011” which has united 57 districts located in 24 municipal unions with the total off-budget investments of 185.5 billion rub”. The given program includes also the projects of creation of industrial districts on the basis of the existing enterprises ceased the main activity and demanding the reshaping, or having the free areas. The given mechanism allows to minimize the costs for creation of the infrastructure and to reduce the projects implementation time, to create as much favorable conditions as possible for development of an infrastructure of support of small and average business.
