PIK Group has launched sales for its new project in the central part of Moscow, residential complex Michurinsky.
Located
in one of the most prestigious and comfortable parts of Moscow’s
centre - near the Moscow river, the famous main building of Moscow State
University, the popular Vorobyevy and Poklonnaya Hills recreation zones
and the Moscow-City business district - the project is attracting a
high level of interest from homebuyers.
A
subsidiary of the Company has signed contracts to acquire a 45,237 m²
completed grade-A warehouse at Sholokhovo, on Dmitrov Shosse to the
North of Moscow from a fund managed by Fleming Family and Partners for a
consideration of $49.75 million (approx. €40.52 million).
The
property is let to two tenants, Kuehne + Nagel and Perekrestok (part of
X5 Retail) on leases expiring in 2017 and 2015 respectively. The income

Russian cinema chain Kinomax has become an anchor tenant with its eight-hall multiplex in the largest shopping and entertainment center in Tyumen at the intersection of Shirotnaya and Melnikaite streets.
This will be the first multiplex by Kinomax in Tyumen.

ECE is heading for success in Russia: the company is taking over the initial leasing and the center management of the AURA shopping center, which will soon celebrate its start of construction in Yaroslavl. At the same time, the management contract for the GoodZone center in Moscow was won. Also the current management of the Vremena Goda Gallery in Moscow shows a great success; the net operating income was increased by 28% under ECE’s management.
Mercure, Accor’s brand of midscale hotels with individual styles and personalities, celebrated the opening of its first hotel in Russia, the Mercure Arbat Moscow. The hotel, which is owned by ARD, is operated by Accor under a management contract.

investment company Sponda Plc has purchased the Bakhrushina House
office building in downtown Moscow for US $47 million (approx. €37
million) from UFG Real Estate. The net initial yield for the property is
over 9.5%.

PNK Group has bought a site of 140 hectares in the northern part of Moscow region for construction of their fifth industrial park – PNK-North – of total area of 450,000 m². In the framework of the project it is planned to commission more than 100–120,000 m² of warehouse and industrial property of A+ class every year. According to analysts it will satisfy the majority of the market’s demands in industrial property in the northern direction for the next three years.
IMMOFINANZ
Group, one of the largest foreign real estate investors on the Moscow
retail market, and the Russian Sberbank have concluded a long-term
financing agreement with a volume of up to US $715 million (approx. €545
million).
This
10-year loan will be used by the project development company, above all
to repay the development financing provided by the parent company for
the Golden Babylon Rostokino shopping center.
A Cyprus court removed limitations from 8.29 percent of shares in PIK
Group that belonged to Holborner Services and were later frozen under
an application filed by Forienst Investment, which is owned by PIK
co-founder Kirill Pisarev, the Rapsi legal information agency reported.
